I really just wanted to come home and make a huge plate of sweet potato fries for lunch (like I've been known to do before), but after yesterday's winning eats I decided it would probably be in my best interest to roast up a big plate of broccoli instead, because we all know how much I freakin' love veggies. At 1/4 of the calories and basically no carbs, it's a shame they taste like dirt.

Paired with leftovers from a lovely creation I made the other day which I like to call spinach mushroom chicken and rice thing.

This was much better than the brocolli, I must say.
