Oh, and since a post is not complete without pictures of my food, here are some of the things I've been munching on this week:
Protein shake with frozen berries, yogurt, strawberry protein powder and spinach:
Overnight oats with oats, milk, chia seeds, and chocolate coconut protein powder topped with banana and almonds.
Mix it up!
Salad with greens, dried cherries, feta, avocado, walnuts and sunflower seeds:
Chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms, onion, brocolli and spinach served over brown rice:
Um, does this not SCREAM healthy?!
Glad you think so, because for dessert I had two scoops of ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Sorry, I don't say no to 31 cent ice cream!

Oh, and thanks to my parents I've also been snacking on this Funky Chunky Popcorn that they gave me for Easter. I swore to myself that I wouldn't open it but this stuff is more addicting than crack caramel corn.
I stashed it down in Eric's room so at least now I'll be forced to walk up and down the stairs when I want to eat some. Surely that will cancel out the calories.
The next week is going to be ca-razy. Like I said, I'll be studying all day for my exam that I have tomorrow and then the dreaded cramming for finals starts. I've also got a 5K on Saturday so wish me luck!
