Brittany A!

Congratulations, Brittany! Please email me at kaberg1227@gmail.com with your full name and mailing address, as well as what five flavors you would like to try (click here to see all the flavors again). Thanks again to everyone who entered; I see more giveaways in the future ;)

It's time for another edition of Triple Tangent Tuesday; that day of the week where I tell you three pointless things about myself and confirm your suspicions that I may be one of the strangest people on the planet.

1. I have never had a Big Mac OR a Whopper. Even back in the days when I used to regularly eat fast food, Taco Bell was my poison of choice. I rarely went to McDonalds or BK, and when I did I usually just got chicken nuggets or a simple plain cheeseburger. I did, however, have a Baconator at Wendy's one time a few years ago. It was good, but I was more of a cheesy gordita crunch kind of girl; even if they are made with fake beef.

The day I had my first and only Baconator.

2. Last semester, my roommates and I had a dollar jar to try to help us achieve our personal diet goals. My goal was to stay within my calorie limit, Aimee's goal was to stay away from sweets, and Eric's goal was to eat 150 grams of protein every day. Every time I went over my calories, Aimee ate sweets, or Eric didn't eat enough protein, that person would have to put a dollar in the jar. At the end of the semester, we counted up the money and used it all to buy Toys for Tots. Thanks to the fact that I sucked at staying within my calorie budget last semester, we were able to buy almost $100 worth of gifts for those kids.

Do you like what we used for our jar? ;)

3. I have a condition called hyperhidrosis. It's basically where you sweat a lot for no reason in particular. I specifically have palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis, which means that my hands and feet sweat (like, dripping) all the time. However, back in high school I actually had a surgical procedure called an endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy and my hands haven't sweat a drop since then. Unfortunately, my feet still sweat constantly and there's nothing I can do about it :( I am considering having another procedure done in the future to correct that as well, but it's not at the top of my priority list right now.

For those of you who are thinking "Omg, she had sweaty hands; big deal. I can't believe she actually had surgery for something like that," please take a look at this video clip. Hopefully you will realize that hyperhidrosis is more than just clammy hands.

Have a happy Tuesday everyone!

Tell me some tangents about yourself!
