After my lift I completed 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill using a 1:3 work/rest ratio. I did 30 seconds at a speed of 8.5 followed by 90 seconds at a speed of 5.0, all at a 1.0 incline. I was drenched by the time I was done! I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow. When I was putting on my mascara earlier, I could hardly lift my hand up to my face! When I got home from the gym I made a killer stir-fry for lunch that I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture of it. Then I ran some errands, one of which was Old Navy where I proceeded to take stupid photos of myself and blind you with my glow-in-the-dark arms.
Then I thought eww, I can't post that gross post-finals-weight-gain-muffin-top photo on my blog! (which is irrelevant because obviously I did anyways) So I took another one:

And since all I was craving for dinner was fresh fruit (grocery shopping does that to ya), I brought back an old favorite that I haven't had in far too long: a yogurt bowl!
There's yogurt and granola under there, I swear!
