Julie was really on to something when she came up with this beauty!
Last night, I prepped it by combining the following in a bowl and placing it in the fridge overnight:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 heaping T cocoa powder

treadmill. I also did it for 30 minutes today instead of 20 like I normally do, but that was because I sort of used the fact that it's Friday as an excuse to eat pizza and ice cream for lunch.

Best. sundae. EVER. Oh, and btw, I am making a vow to only get ice cream ONE TIME next week, and that's on Friday (my last day of my IPPE). I know that I have willpower deep down inside me somewhere, but for some reason it is absolutely nowhere to be found when I walk by delicious irresistible ice cream shops. Who puts an ice cream shop in a hospital anyways? Clearly when they built this hospital they were not thinking about the poor overweight pharmacy interns who lose all motivation to stick to their diets when they see things like hot fudge and Oreos and maraschino cherries. How rude. Well, I'm about to go heat up some leftover stir-fry for dinner and figure out what my plans for the night are. They will probably include lots of blog reading and folding laundry, because we all know how wild and crazy I am. However, I do have a feeling it's going to be a good weekend :) Have a great night! What is the number one food that you can not say no to? Ice cream is pretty high up on that list, but Pizza Hut is not not far behind and neither is peanut butter.
