Running Late

TGIF!! I’m running late this morning so it’s gonna be a quick update!

Workout:

  • 5 minute jog on treadmill (warm-up)
  • Lower body/glute routine:

  • 30 min elliptical
  • LOTS of stretching!

 

Breakfast:

Strawberry smoothie

  • frozen strawberries and cherries
  • Strawberry Chobani
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
  • handful of fresh organic spinach
  • splash of milk


Drank while getting ready for work:

Packed work lunch:

  • Sandwich on Everything Bagel Thin with turkey, muenster cheese, spinach and light mayo
  • Spinach salad with dried cranberries, walnuts and raspberry dressing
  • Banana

 

And I’m outta here!
