TGIF!! I’m running late this morning so it’s gonna be a quick update!
- 5 minute jog on treadmill (warm-up)
- Lower body/glute routine:
- 30 min elliptical
- LOTS of stretching!
- frozen strawberries and cherries
- Strawberry Chobani
- 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
- handful of fresh organic spinach
- splash of milk
Drank while getting ready for work:
Packed work lunch:
- Sandwich on Everything Bagel Thin with turkey, muenster cheese, spinach and light mayo
- Spinach salad with dried cranberries, walnuts and raspberry dressing
And I’m outta here!
