Heeeey guys. Alright, so before I get to this morning’s workout, I wanted to talk about Facebook for a second. I’ve been getting a lot of friend requests to my personal page lately, and while I really do want to be friends with all of you and love chatting, because of safety reasons I’m not accepting friend requests from people I don’t know personally. I was notified the other day that someone tried to hack into my account, so hopefully you can understand why I’m taking the safe route here. However, I did just create a Healthy Berg Facebook page that I plan on updating frequently and I’d love to talk with all of you and start some good discussion on there. Please make me feel like less of a loser and go like it. There is also a link on the left sidebar of the blog where you can like it as well. Thanks!
This morning’s workout started with a back and biceps routine taken from the latest issue of Muscle and Fitness Hers:
I’m still loving these routines that combine different sets, reps and rest periods. It’s a nice way to keep things interesting! I followed this lift up with 20 minutes of HIIT on the Stairmaster.
After my workout I got to work on the Healthy Berg Facebook page and then made some lunch. Today’s meal included a delicious spinach salad with all my favorite toppings.
Avocado, feta, dried cherries, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
I also had a raspberry Chobani on the side for some extra protein.
I’m off to work for the rest of the day…blah.
Oh, and for those of who were wondering, I totally stuck my salad in a flower pot to get that pretty picture up there.
