I’ve got a What I Ate Wednesday post for ya, but it’s actually a What I Ate Tuesday, considering this is everything I ate yesterday. Hey, this is my blog and I do what I want.

Breakfast: Sunflower rye toast with 1 Tbsp. almond butter and 1/2 banana
Plus egg whites and ketchup:
Work Snack: Raspberry Chobani (recycled photo ahead)
Lunch (eaten at work): Spinach salad with grilled chicken, feta, 1/4 avocado, dried cherries, and walnuts:

Pre-Dinner Snack (because I just couldn’t wait 30 more minutes to eat): 1/2 piece of Mom’s baked French Toast that was made for dinner last night (which I did NOT eat yesterday):
Dinner: Some sort of creamy, mushroomy chicken dish served over risotto that my mom made:
Note: This was quite tasty, but I will not be sharing the recipe because of the fact that I do not want to find out how much heavy cream was in this.
Plus fruit:
And of course, since we have family in town and all, someone was bound to buy cookies.
I sort of loose all self control when someone puts sugar in front of me and I accidently had two.
Boy, were those cookies good.
