I’ve missed you in my life this weekend .
Good evening! Hope you all had a great Labor Day. Mine has been equally full of relaxing and productivity, so it’s all good over here . I’ve also been avoiding junk food at all costs; my body needs a detox after this weekend!
I spent a lot of my day stationed at the kitchen table working away on my next journal club, which happens to be tomorrow! It just one presentation after the next these days..
After a couple hours of typing, I took a break and plopped on the stationary bike for 45 minutes with my latest book.
I’m about thirty pages from being done with the book and it’s driving me crazy that I have other things to do because I really just want to sit around and read all day. I also have four other books that I’ve purchased recently that I can’t wait to dive into. It’s been a while since I’ve read a book from start to finish (sad, I know) but I’m glad that I’ve started reading again because I think it’s important for me to have some hobbies other than blogging and working out. I’m not exaggerating when I say that any one point during the day, 9 times out of 10 I’m either at my rotation or studying, blogging or reading blogs, or at the gym. Read: Berg needs a life!

Grilled chicken, baked zucchini and squash casserole, and a piece of bread with honey. Mmm.
Time to finish that journal club!
