Some snapshots from dinner last night at Southwoods:

All in all a delicious (except for the not-so-hot “green salad” made from nasty iceberg) and HUGE meal. I’d go back there again, for sure.
Workout today was this arms routine plus 10 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the stationary bike. My plan called for 20 minutes of HIIT, but 10 was all I could handle.
