I’ll be back later today after work with a real post, but for right now I just wanted to share something with you guys that I was pretty proud about.
Yesterday I ran three miles!
I haven’t ran that far since the Cherry Festival 5K back in July, but yesterday I just felt like doing more than just the C25K plan (which called for 90 seconds of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of jogging, and 3 minutes of walking; x 2). It was tough but I made it through. I’m thinking about incorporating a weekly 3 mile run into my workout schedule, but still continuing on with C25K program to work on speed. Running is so hard, but I just feel so accomplished when I’m done. I love that feeling!
