On this page, you will find some of my favorite workouts, exercise posts, and my exercise log. I like to keep a log of my daily workouts for my own records, but publish it on the blog in case anyone else is interested. I like variety in my workouts, and tend to include a variety of strength training, cardio, group exercise classes, and at-home workouts and videos. I think flexibility is key to sticking to a regular workout schedule because sometimes life gets in the way of your plans and it's important to be able to improvise without getting off track.
